This planning fee covers your full Recovery Trip Design service: intake conversation, cognitive load assessment, accommodation and environment guidance, complete trip booking, pre-departure containment plan, and re-entry design for your first five days back.

Flights, accommodation, and experiences are booked separately and billed at cost.
