You Don’t Need a Vacation.
You Need Distance.

We design structured time away so your thinking can widen again—and hold when you return.

Not escape. Designed for clarity that holds.

[ About ]

Live Spaciously designs personalized, structured time away to create real relief—rest, clarity, and perspective—without requiring months away or putting life on hold.

Our short-term, work compatible stays are for moments when professionals need space to think clearly before making decisions, changes, or plans.

This model draws from recovery practices used in high-intensity fields, where stepping away from demanding environments is necessary to maintain judgment.

[ Two Ways to create Distance ]

Think Week Design - A short structured reset designed around deliberate interruption, rhythm, and re-entry protection

International Residencies -Time-bound living abroad for deeper recalibration when one week isn’t enough.

Different formats. Same principle:

distance restores clarity.

Current & Future Residencies

Each residency is designed around a specific type of clarity. Different cities, different seasons, and different life moments.

Panama

Our first Live Spaciously Residency unfolded here—a city that balances rhythm, warmth, and modern ease. From morning light on the bay to rooftop evenings in Casco Viejo, Panama offers an environment that supports focus, connection, and perspective.

Whether you stay for a long weekend, a week, or a month, this residency is designed to fit real adult lives—work-compatible, thoughtfully curated, and grounded in place.

Colombia

Medellín is known as the "City of Eternal Spring" and for good reason. Perfect weather year-round, vibrant Afro-Colombian culture, thriving digital nomad scene, and a cost of living that lets you live well without breaking the bank.

But here's what you can't Google: the energy. Medellín has transformed from its complicated past into one of Latin America's most innovative, entrepreneurial cities. The co-working culture is strong. The expat community is welcoming. And the city genuinely celebrates reinvention.

Peru

Cusco offers cultural depth, creative energy, and proximity to nature—an environment well suited for reflection and recalibration. From artisan cafés to the Sacred Valley beyond, it is a strong candidate for a future residency focused on renewal and perspective.

What to expect on a Live Spaciously Residency:

  • Low-friction arrival designed to reduce cognitive load

  • Optional shared moments, never mandatory

  • Structured support before, during, and after your stay

  • Community on your terms

  • Plenty of space for solitude

I’ve lived and worked across five countries and traveled extensively while building and leading high-pressure, global work. I know what it’s like to move through the world carrying responsibility, vigilance, and constant decision-making.

Live Spaciously exists because I learned that recovery isn’t about stopping ambition. It’s about changing the conditions that quietly drain clarity over time.

Before a location becomes a Live Spaciously Residency, I spend time living there myself. I pay attention to daily rhythms, workability, safety, and what it feels like once the novelty wears off. I ask practical questions:
Can I settle here?
Can I think clearly?
Can I move through daily life without constant negotiation?

Especially as a Black woman, those questions matter.

Live Spaciously designs short, supported pauses in places that pass that test. Places where the environment asks less of you, so your mind can do more of what it does best.

This isn’t escape.
It’s restoration, designed for people who carry a lot and need space to set it down without disappearing from their lives.

Our Founder

Hi, I’m Kimberly.

[ Testimonial ]

What clients notice first is that nothing requires their attention:

From airport pickup to restaurant reservations, everything was handled seamlessly. The accommodations were outstanding, and I never had to second-guess a single decision. It was clear how thoughtfully everything was vetted, and that level of care made it easy to settle in and actually enjoy the experience. I would absolutely do another Live Spaciously residency.

Community Promise

Every Residency is designed around a simple principle: community available, never mandatory.

You'll have access to like-minded professionals who are there for similar reasons—navigating a transition, seeking renewal, building something new. Optional group experiences give you natural opportunities to connect when you want them. Because clarity often returns in environments that ask less of you.
